The Financial Ombudsman Service fairly and independently resolves disputes between consumers — including some small businesses — and member financial services providers. Membership of the Financial Ombudsman Service is open to any financial services provider operating in Australia.
Their independent dispute resolution processes cover financial services disputes including banking, credit, loans, general insurance, life insurance, financial planning, investments, stock broking, managed funds and pooled superannuation trusts. They also cover estate planning, estate management and trustee services.

Video edition to regenerate graphics into 9 languages and correct speed issues to fit voice overs into the video.
Additional quality and value added services:

Through the translation process in-country translators as well as Australian based translators were used to guarantee the accuracy of the message. When recording the voice overs it is our standard practice to have to native speakers of the language one doing the recording and one for quality control purposes. After the videos were produced these were sent to our senior editors for a last check and approval.
